He works in directing, cinematography, and editing, and holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Theatre, Film, and Media Studies from the University of Vienna. He is currently pursuing a master\u2019s degree in Critical Studies at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. With his collective Mountain Tribe, he has made award-winning mountain sports films \u2013 including <a href=\"https:\/\/freeride-filmfestival.com\/film\/metanoia\/\">Metanoia<\/a> (Official Selection FFF 2020) and <a href=\"https:\/\/freeride-filmfestival.com\/film\/sariri\/\">Sariri<\/a> (Official Selection FFF 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At FFF 2026, he is the interface between the festival and the filmmakers and is responsible for film management.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paul Schweller is a filmmaker based in Vienna, originally from Munich.
