Dusty powder snow in British Columbia, Canada, in Austria and Switzerland can convey a feeling of freedom, just like the journey of the freeski crew through last winter depicted in the film. Back in Europe, one realizes that spring has arrived here in the meantime, the wide slats are exchanged for the sleek park skis to enjoy flying on various “big booters” in Austria and Italy.

Ambros Fürstaller says: “This was definitely the winter of our lives! With our Dynamite project, we set ourselves the goal of conveying the fun and adventure of the 2012 winter season.” The resulting film is the only high-end ski film in which the cameras were operated exclusively by the actors themselves.
