These are images that always make people in Central Europe open their mouths: mountains, powder, rugged coastal landscapes and behind them the sea. In this sensual freeride film, snowboarder Runar Petur takes us to his favorite areas in Iceland.

As the name suggests, it’s about the unique fjord landscapes of Iceland. These are spectacular shots that filmmaker Víðir Björnsson shows us. At the same time, they radiate a calm and magical connection that almost tempts us to melancholy. Responsible for this is above all the individual style of Runar Petur, when he becomes one with his lines.

For Fjörd Lines, Runar has selected his most beautiful runs close to the ocean. And when he gets to the bottom, it’s off to the ice-cold water to surf. By the way, Runar works in the fishing industry in the summer to fulfill his dream of independent freerider life in a van in the winter.
