Martin “McFly” Winkler, internationally known freerdider with Bregenz roots, made an extended trip through the Argentine Andes ten years ago, before the start of his successful sports career. The images of the moods and encounters of that time are unforgettable for him and have become firmly anchored in his brain. After many winters in search of optimal freeride lines and determined by the motto “higher, faster, further”, McFly returns with friends Björn Heregger and Max Zipser to where he was inspired to go. The three let themselves fall into the South American mentality and are captivated by the deeply snow-covered, but partly still active volcanoes…
