With the end of winter 2018, professional freeriders Lorraine Huber and Stefan Häusl simultaneously announce their retirement from the Freeride World Tour. With their exit from the competition circus, no more tour stop schedule will lead the two through the cold season – a new life begins.

In this short documentary, Lorraine and Stefan give us insights into the reality after their active competitive careers: from doubts and decision-making to new challenges and redefining and reorienting themselves. After almost a decade in the wheel of professional sports, they look back at what they took away from this intense time.

For the two successful freeriders from the Arlberg, it is clear that they want to pass on their unique experiences. Stefan, for example, focuses on coaching young talents in his home ski club Arlberg. Lorraine, on the other hand, uses her knowledge from competitive sports and her master’s degree as a mental coach to coach CEOs and executives and help them deal with pressure.
